Working with clients primarily in Edinburgh and the Lothians, as well as throughout central Scotland, we manage residential developments varying in size from as few as five units to over 300 properties.

Our portfolio consists of new build developments, tenements, listed buildings and converted period properties.

Dedicated Property Managers

Our remit is to maintain the common areas, which are co-owned by all the proprietors of your development, in accordance with each development's Deed of Conditions.

Each development has a dedicated Property Manager who is empowered to spend the amount of on-site time needed to successfully manage your development.
